First of all, it is a small family chalet-hotel which like a family home opens only during the winter and summer holidays for lovers of the snowy mountains or those passionate about adventures in large of large green altitude spaces that are fresh and rejuvenating.

I expect to arrive outside the indicated hours. How do I check in ?
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival until 20:00. If you should arrive before and your room is not available, you can deposit your luggage at the reception desk till your room is ready. For a later arrival, kindly we ask you to give us a phone call at +33 (0)4 50 73 20 28 so that we can arrange your welcome.
What type of accommodation is it possible to book ?
4 types of rooms are offered : Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Twin Rooms (2 separate beds), and Family Rooms (2 parents + 1 or 2 children up to 12 years maximum).
We are coming with one (or more) children. Is it possible to add an extra bed to a double room? What other solutions can you offer us ?
No, double rooms are not suitable for an extra bed. However, you can view our family room categories, which can accommodate two parents with two children up to 12 years old. If the children are older, and for more privacy, you can choose two separate rooms.
Are the double rooms "NORTH-MORCLAN" and "ECONOMY-NORTH EAST" also offered with 2 separate single beds ?
No, the "NORTH-MORCLAN" and the "ECONOMY-NORTH EAST" rooms are each furnished with only 1 large bed. Neither of these room types can be configured with 2 separate beds. Depending on your needs, please choose the "TWIN 2 BEDS ROOM-SOUTH VALLEY" with 2 separate single beds.
Where can I park my car ?
Free private outdoor parking is available in front of the hotel.
Where can I recharge my car's electric battery ?
The hotel does not have a dedicated electric vehicle charging point. However, several charging stations for electric vehicles are available throughout the resort and are accessible 24/7, regardless of your vehicle type.
Is the hotel close to the resort center ?
Yes, the hotel is located 500m (10mn walk) from the resort center, shops, restaurants and access to the cable car to the Super-Châtel ski area.
Is there an elevator ? How many floors does the hotel have ?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator. It has four floors. The first rooms are located on the second floor and are spread across the top other floors. They are accessible only by stairs. If needed, our staff could help you carry your luggage to your room.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility ?
Unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no accessible rooms, etc.).
Are there any non-smoking rooms ?
Yes, and in accordance with French anti-smoking law. All rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking (with the exception of balconies and terraces).
Do the rooms have a balcony or a terrace ?
Yes, like all the hotel rooms that open onto a balcony.
Does the room include a kettle, a coffee maker, and a minibar ?
No minibar, kettle or coffee maker. Our establishment is first of all a family-run and friendly hotel with beautiful spaces to relax in, a generous drinks menu, and a team dedicated to your comfort. Whether you need to keep your medication or groceries chilled, our breakfast and/or reception team can take care of your items and place them in one of our refrigerators or freezers.
Is there a safe in the room ?
No, there is no safe in the room, but your valuables can be deposited in the reception safe.
Are towels and bed linen provided ?
Yes, our establishment is first of all a hotel offering hotel services. Therefore, the bathroom is equipped with towels and the beds in the room are made up.
Can you keep my luggage for a while when I leave the room on the day of my departure enjoy the surroundings a little longer ?
Yes, a luggage storage is available free of charge on the ground floor.
From what time is breakfast served and at what time does it end ?
Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. During high winter season, it may be served from 07:30.
Does the hotel have a bar ?
Yes, a bar and a large lounge are available for your relaxation and leisure. Please feel free to contact reception for any orders. They are open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
Is it possible to have dinner on site ? Is the restaurant open during the holidays ?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer dining on-site as guests now prefer a change of scenery each evening to discover new culinary experiences. You will find many typical and friendly restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. It is recommended to book your table in advance.
Can I take my pet with me ?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our establishment.
