♥ BABY :  we do not add an extra bed and baby cot in our rooms.

Only in family room, a baby cot up to 1 year old, can be made available to you, free of charge and on request, obligatory when booking.

High chair, booster seat, changing mat and bathtub, are also freely available on request in advance.

Feel free to ask us our help  to warm up a dish or a bottle.

Please also note , that we do not accept that children and babies who have not been planned before arrival, share their parents' bed. French hotel regulations do not allow this, for health and safety reasons. Therefore, the reservation will be refused and automatically canceled. If availability allows, a family room may be proposed at the corresponding current rate.

♥ TOURIST TAX :   + 0,90€ per day and per adult, free for children under 16 years old.

♥ BUFFET-STYLE BREAKFAST :  book it in advance (at the latest the day before).

It is served every morning from 08:00 to 09:30. On the breakfast buffet, some specific gluten-free and lactose-free products are available.

Understand that the breakfasts booked in advance but unused are neither deducted, not refunded and not transferred.

+ 9 € per child from 6 to 12 years and per day.
+ 6 € per child from 3 to 5 years and per day.

♥ CATERING / EATING OUT :  catering and half board are not provided during the 2024 winter season. Today, this service is in very little demand. In addition, the crucial lack of qualified and motivated personnel forces us to adapt our service offering, we regret this.

Your attention : remember to reserve your table in advance for your evenings, because during week-ends and school holidays, the crowds in restaurants of the resort are maximum.

♥ OUR WINTER 2024 OFFERS :   these are inseparable packages which include a minimum of nights with breakfast for 2 people. Unused services are neither deducted nor refunded nor transferred. The guests do not replace themselves for the services not consumed.

♥ POOL & SPA :  unfortunately, due to major renovation work, the swimming pool and spa are not in operation during the 2024 winter season. We have taken care to take this into account by limiting the increase in our stay rates despite the significant inflation of the economy.

♥ DOMESTIC ANIMAL :   we do not welcome pets.

♥ ROOMS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :  we do our best to make room available as early as possible. However, this is not always possible before 15:00 on the day of your arrival. If there is a chance you will arrive after 19:00, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so that we can provide you with all the necessary access and room information.
On the day of your departure , we kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 10:30. If you wish to keep the room later in the day (on request depending availability) it will be charged for this service : + 50% of the price of the room until 17:00
For early departures before 08:00, please let us know in advance, payment of your bill can be made the day before.

♥ MEANS OF PAYMENT :   cash, bank card (visa, eurocard, mastercard / except American Express).

♥ PARKING :  the free and private outdoor car park is located in front of the hotel. If you wish to park your car under cover, there are 2 underground car parks at your disposal in the resort open 24/7. Their access are paid (packages and subscriptions by the day, week or season).
The municipality of Châtel provides you with 3 charging station for electric vehicles, accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day and whatever your vehicle. They are used either with a badge for subscribers or by payment by contactless credit card.

♥ MOBILITY :   no need your car in Châtel, leave it on the free private outdoor car park in front of the hotel !
Châtel works in favor of soft mobility in order to preserve a privileged but fragile environment. Everything has been thought out so that you can freely walking, biking, take shuttle or little train.
To facilitate your travels in the resort throughout the seasons, we encourage you to use the free bus lines available to you every day from 08:30 to 18:00.
A stop is located in front of the hotel with rotations without fixed schedules every 30 minutes.
In season, a regular connection between resorts serves the Vallée d'Abondance.
And from the church place, the little sightseeing train is a great way of getting around the village and different districts.
On more than 16 km along the river, the Chemin des Bords de Dranse is ideal for walking or biking to join easily Abondance.

♥ HOTEL LES TRIOLETS  is unfortunately not equipped with a lift and infrastructure allowing the reception of people with reduced mobility (no disabled room, etc.). However, we are fully aware with our team in order to be always available, attentive and listening to people. Some material elements have been put in place, but we remain mobilized to naturally provide a human service and our physical assistance to facilitate the stay.

♥ WIFI CONNECTION  is available free of charge in the hotel.

♥ HOTEL IS NON-SMOKING :   for the well-being of our guests and in accordance with French anti-smoking regulations, all rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking (with the exception of the balconies and terraces).

♥ SKI & SHOES ROOM  is at your disposal on the ground floor of the hotel is equipped with a shoes dryer. You must deposit your sport equipments there, which is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the establishment. In summer, an adjacent room is at your disposal to store your bicycles and mountain bikes.
