• BABY :  we do not us add extra bed in our rooms with the exception of baby cots up to 1 year and available free of charge.
  Bottle warmer, high chair, changing mat, bath and baby cot under 1 year are freely available.
  Feel free to ask for our help should you need to heat up a dish or baby’s bottle. We will do it with pleasure.
  
  
• TOURIST TAX :  0,90€ per day and per adult, free for children under 16 years old.
  
  
• BUFFET-STYLE BREAKFAST : book your breakfast in advance (at the latest the day before) :
  + 14 € per adult per day.
  + 9 € per child from 6 to 12 years and per day.
  + 6 € per child from 3 to 5 years and per day.
  
  On the breakfast buffet you will find some specific gluten-free and lactose available.
  
  
• THE HALF-BOARD OPTION : breakfast and dinner. The half-board option is only proposed for a minimum stay of 3 days. Book it in advance and for the duration of your stay :
  + 46 € per adult per day.
  + 30 € per child from 6 to 12 years and per day.
  + 20 € per child from 3 to 5 years and per day.
  
  The meal is proposed to you according to the Chef's inspiration and through a unique 4-course menu prepared the same day and served from 19h30. The menu changes every day. It is important for us to know in advance if you will have dinner at the hotel during your stay, because we prepare our dishes according to the number of guests in order to prevent food waste as much as possible. Our team is also mobilized according to this number. Without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee to be able to welcome you for dinner.
  
  Half board is an inseparable package that includes the night, breakfast and dinner (drinks not included) for the duration of the stay. Meals not consumed are not subject to a reduction or refund. The guests do not replace themselves for the services not consumed.
  
  Not having to worry about where to have dinner. These are the advantages of our half-board to feel at home, without the constraint of leaving the hotel.
  
  
• PET :  we do not welcome pets.
  
  
• ROOM CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT : we do our best to make room available as early as possible. However, this is not always possible before 15:00 on the day of your arrival. If there is a chance you will arrive after 20:00, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so that we can provide you with all the necessary access and room information.
  On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 10:30.
  For departures before 08:00, please let us know in advance, payment of your bill can be made the day before.
  
  
• MEANS OF PAYMENT : cash, bank card (visa, eurocard, mastercard / except Amex).
  
  
• PARKING : the free and private outdoor car park is located in front of the hotel. If you wish to park your car under cover, there are 2 underground car parks at your disposal in the resort open 24/7. Their access are paid (packages and subscriptions by the day, week or season).
  The municipality of Châtel provides you with 3 charging station for electric vehicles, accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day and whatever your vehicle. They are used either with a badge for subscribers or by payment by contactless credit card.
  
  
• MOBILITY : no need your car in Châtel, leave it on the free private outdoor car park in front of the hotel !
  Châtel works in favor of soft mobility in order to preserve a privileged but fragile environment. Everything has been thought out so that you can freely walking, biking, take shuttle or little train.
  To facilitate your travels in the resort throughout the seasons, we encourage you to use the free bus lines available to you every day from 08:30 to 18:00.
  A stop is located in front of the hotel with rotations without fixed schedules every 20/30 minutes. Then two evening shuttles take over until 22:00. A last night shuttle runs three days a week until 23:30.
  In season, a regular connection between resorts serves the Vallée d'Abondance.
  And from the church place, the little sightseeing train is a great way of getting around the village and different districts.
  On more than 16 km along the river, the Chemin des Bords de Dranse is ideal for walking or biking to join easily Abondance.
  
  
• HOTEL LES TRIOLETS is unfortunately not equipped with a lift and infrastructure allowing the reception of people with reduced mobility (no disabled room, etc.).
  
  
• WIFI CONNECTION is available free of charge in the hotel.
  
  
• HOTEL IS NON-SMOKING : for the well-being of our guests and in accordance with French anti-smoking regulations, all rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking (balconies and terraces excepted).
  
  
• RENTAL OF POOL TOWELS : + 6 € for the duration of the stay
  BATHROBE RENTAL : + 9 € for the duration of the stay
  
  
• BIKES & SHOES ROOM is at your disposal to store your sport equipments prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
