♥ BABY :  we do not add an extra bed and baby cot in our rooms.

Only in family room, a baby cot up to 1 year old, can be made available to you, free of charge and on request, obligatory when booking.

High chair, booster seat, changing mat and bathtub, are also freely available on request in advance.

Feel free to ask us our help  to warm up a dish or a bottle.

Please also note, that children and babies do not share their parents' bed for hygiene and safety reasons. Any reservation will then be refused and canceled. If there is availability, a family room may be proposed at the corresponding current rate.

♥ TOURIST TAX (local tax not included in the room rate) :   + 1,00€ per day and per adult from 18 years old.

♥ BUFFET-STYLE BREAKFAST :  if you did not include breakfast online with your stay, you can still book it upon arrival at the hotel. It is served every morning as a large buffet-style from 08:00 (07:30 in high season) to 09:30.

Understand that the breakfasts booked in advance but unused are neither deducted, not refunded and not transferred.

+ 10 € per child from 6 to 12 years and per day.
+ 7 € per child from 3 to 5 years and per day.

♥ NO RESTAURANT on place. Catering and half board are not provided during the 2026 winter season. However, to dine freely and according to your desires, you will find a few minutes walk from the hotel many typical restaurants. They welcome you in a friendly and warm atmosphere in the heart of the village near the church, for varied and quality culinary experiences.
Your attention : We strongly advise you to reserve your table in advance for evenings and especially in week-ends and school holidays, because during these periods, the crowds are at their peak.

♥ OUR SPECIAL OFFERS WINTER 2026 :   these are inseparable packages which include a minimum of nights with breakfast for 2 people. Unused services are neither deducted nor refunded nor transferred. The guests do not replace themselves for the services not consumed.

♥ PETS  are not allowed.

♥ ROOMS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :  from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of your arrival. After this time, please contact us in advance so that we can organize your welcome in best conditions.

Be careful, before making your reservation in our hotel, we inform you that we no longer accept late arrivals after 22:30, no access code is available after this time.

On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 10:30. If you wish to keep the room later in the day (only on request depending availability) it will be charged for this service : + 80 € until 15:00
For early departures before 08:00, please let us know in advance, payment of your bill can be made the day before.

♥ MEANS OF PAYMENT :   cash, bank card (visa, eurocard, mastercard / no AMEX American Express).

♥ PARKING :  the free and private outdoor car park is located in front of the hotel. If you wish to park your car under cover, there are 2 underground car parks at your disposal in the resort open 24/7. Their access are paid (packages and subscriptions by the day, week or season).
The municipality of Châtel provides you a lot of charging station for electric vehicles, accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day and whatever your vehicle. They are used either with a badge for subscribers or by payment by contactless credit card.

♥ MOBILITY :  no need your car in Châtel, leave it on the free private outdoor car park in front of the hotel.
Châtel works in favor of soft mobility in order to preserve a privileged but fragile environment. Everything has been thought out so that you can freely walking, biking, take shuttle or little train.
To facilitate your travels in the resort throughout the seasons, we encourage you to use the free bus lines available to you every day from 08:30 to 18:00.
A stop is located in front of the hotel with rotations without fixed schedules every 30 minutes.
In season, a regular connection between resorts serves the Vallée d'Abondance.
And from the church place, the little sightseeing train is a great way of getting around the village and different districts.
On more than 16 km along the river, the Chemin des Bords de Dranse is ideal for walking or biking to join easily Abondance.

♥ HOTEL LES TRIOLETS  is unfortunately not equipped with an elevator and infrastructure allowing the accommodation of people with reduced mobility (no disabled room, etc.). 

♥ WiFi CONNECTION  is available free of charge in the hotel, provided that good connections are available during peak seasonal periods.

♥ SAFETY REGULATIONS :   rooms are not equipped with kettles or coffee makers. Furthermore, electrical and fire safety regulations no longer permit the connection of these appliances in order to prevent short circuits in hotel rooms.

♥ HOTEL IS NON-SMOKING :  in accordance with French anti-smoking regulations, all rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking (with the exception of the balconies and terraces).

♥ SKI & SHOES ROOM  is at your disposal on the ground floor of the hotel is equipped with a shoes dryer. You must deposit your sport equipments there, which is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the establishment. In summer, an adjacent room is at your disposal to store your bicycles and mountain bikes.

♥ NO POOL  in the hotel and the wellness facilities no longer exist.
